SERVANT LEADER

Servant Leaders do not have subordinates. They work with partners. Servant Leaders do not hire people to work for them. They hire people they would like to work with.

Many people complain about limited time to add additional activities. Perhaps they would be willing to work for a short duration (3-6 months) on a meaningful project, rather than an opened ended commitment for seceral years.

Leaders of volunteers may benefit greatly by delegating leadership responsibilities to volunteers also. Recruiting and developing leader competencies are critically important for future success.
